We approach our clients in a respectful manner and view each home on an individual basis. We acknowledge the efforts made by Realtors to market and maximize the exposure of their Listings through advertisements in local newspapers, home flyers, and the ever popular MLS. However, given that there may be two or more properties listed in the area, the question is which one will sell first AND most importantly will your client get top dollar?  Full exposure is paramount and Sellers will need to ensure their property shows well and stands out above the rest.

The Essence Package – The Walk Through
A Better Home Specialist has an objective eye and is able to address the following in a professional and respectful manner: on site assistance with Furniture Arrangement, Accessories, Lighting, Focal Points, and Solutions for High Traffic areas, Edit and Organizing. We recommend this package prior to an Agent Tour, Open House, Showings OR Stage to Live services for homeowners who are interested in giving their property a fresh new look, inside and out. This is a quick fix when there is very little time to bring about a necessary change.

The Visionary Package - Comprehensive Consultation
(Property Essentials Guide Included)
This service provides you with a written consultation of recommendations for both the interior and exterior of the property. The completed Property Essentials Guide will analyze each room beginning with your front entrance right through to the patio in the backyard. All recommendations will be reviewed with the homeowner(s) followed by an established list of prioritized tasks. Contacts for reputable and reliable Trades and or other Property Management Services will be provided to the homeowner(s) if stipulated as a prioritized task in the Property Essentials Guide. Tasks may include - Addressing Curb Appeal, Cleanliness, Home Odours, Pets, Flooring, Lighting, Furniture Arrangement, Storage Solutions, Paint Colours, Necessary Repairs, Optimize Focal Points, Simplify Traffic Areas and Room Layouts.
Duration - 1.5 hours to 3 hours 

The Harmony Package – The Work
Upon the completion of Trades, Better Home Specialists will revisit the property and work quickly to stage and ultimately showcase the home’s best features, giving it a distinct advantage over other competitors. We can manage all recommended priorities listed in the Property Essentials Guide or advise others. This may include: Personal Shopping, Furniture Arrangement, Installation of Light Fixtures, Painting, Accessories/Props, Art Work and Mirror placement, Organization of: Bedrooms, Home Office’s, Basement Storage and Editing items. It is our goal to remain within the homeowner(s) budget needs by completing as little or as much of the work detailed in the Property Essentials Guide. We aim to meet target dates and efficiently Stage the property!
